Common bicycle problems and solutions Q: Error code appears on the meter A: Check the manual to see what kind of fault the error code belongs to, follow the instructions to handle it, and if it still doesn't work, provide error code pictures/videos. Q: Charger doesn't work A: First check whether the charger is green or red to green when charging; if the green light is always on, it may be a problem with the charger/charging port/battery, and if the red to green light indicates that the charger is normal, it may be a meter problem.
