Common bicycle problems and solutions Q: Error code appears on the meter A: Check the manual to see what kind of fault the error code belongs to, follow the instructions to handle it, and if it still doesn't work, provide error code pictures/videos. Q: Charger doesn't work A: First check whether the charger is green or red to green when charging; if the green light is always on, it may be a problem with the charger/charging port/battery, and if the red to green light indicates that the charger is normal, it may be a meter problem. Q: The meter can't be turned on A: Check whether the meter line/controller line is plugged in tightly, and re-plug it; if it doesn't work, it may be a problem with the meter/main line/controller Q: Pedal assist doesn't work A: Check whether the meter parameters are correct, confirm whether the throttle can work, and whether the sensor line is damaged or loose; if all are correct, replace the sensor Q: Rear wheel shakes A: Check whether the spokes are loose and whether they are installed in place; you can tighten the spokes and reinstall the rear wheel.
